Hello everyone! I’ve been posting on this platform for a good 4 or 5 years now, and I never really took the opportunity to introduce myself. I thought I’d start today by showcasing some of my past short films and commercial videos that I’ve worked on and am really proud of. Not all of them are fantastic, but I’ve learned to accept each project as a milestone in my growth as a filmmaker and I felt like sharing them with you guys.

Projects at Cowsomething
Cowsomething is a startup film production company located in the sunny island of Singapore. It was started way back when I was a student in a pre-university institution. Some of my coursemates decided to form this company after graduation and I’ve been a part of Cowsomething ever since.
I know, the name sounds kind of funny, but it’s so catchy and showcases our wildly diverse crew. We mostly dabble in short films but we also have corporate projects that we produce under our sister company Cowmercials. Without further ado, here are some of our films that I hold near and dear to my heart.
Producer for My Homeland: A Photography Project by Grandpa Chen (2019)
Awarded Best Student Film, CINE65 MMA 2019, Best Cinematography, Frameworks 2019, Best Editing, Frameworks Fest 2019
Summary: Max Chen returns to Singapore, on a quest to capture one last photo for Grandpa Chen’s final photography project, “My Homeland”.
